The Successful Bidder shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and on site supervisory oversight necessary for the prepping of floors, installing new carpet, rubber base (to match existing) and transition strips. Base should be installed in all areas that are missing rubber base. Contractor must follow all manufactures installation instructions.

Bids will be accepted until 2:00 P.M. local time on July 15,, 2020 at which time bids will be opened and read aloud for presentation to the Board of Education at their next regularly scheduled meeting. No oral, telephonic or facsimile proposals will be considered. No proposals will be considered after time of closing of bids other than an act of God, determined by the district.

There will be a mandatory walk of the site to determine the scope of work, equipment and materials required on July 9, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. Interested contractors should meet at Dow High School, 3901 N. Saginaw Rd Midland, Michigan 48640.

Notice: Report cards are available in Home Access Center until July 9th at which time there will be intermittent access to HAC as we prepare for the 2020/2021 school year. Report Cards are alway available from your students' school building, if the building is open during the summer, or when schools open in the fall. Any questions related to report cards should be directed to the school building office or through MPS Connect.

Advertisement to Bid Waste and Recycle Disposal Services

Midland Public Schools is requesting bids for waste and recycle pick-up/disposal for the district. The waste/recycle containers will be located at 14 sites as listed in Appendix A, along with the number of containers, sizes and pick-up schedule.
