School of Choice

School of Choice enrollment is open to students entering kindergarten through 12th grade who live outside the Midland Public Schools district and want to attend MPS, or live in-district but are not currently enrolled with MPS. School of Choice enrollment takes place only at specific times of the year: typically mid-spring and, if available, near the end of the first semester. School of Choice seats are limited and do not negatively impact in-district enrollments.

School of Choice enrollment for the second semester of the 2025-2026 school year is now closed. The parent or legal guardian who completed the application will be notified via email of the status of their application on or before Thursday, December 18, 2025.
