School of Choice

Second-semester School of Choice enrollment for the 2025-2026 academic year opens December 8, 2025, and will close at 11:59 pm on December 14, 2025.  Students entering kindergarten through 12th grade who live outside the Midland Public Schools district and are not currently enrolled with MPS can apply.
 
The number of seats per grade/per building is listed below. If more applications are received than there are seats available, students with siblings already attending the same building will be given priority. A random lottery drawing will then be held to fill any remaining seats. 
 
The parent or legal guardian who completed the application will be notified via email of the status of their application on or before Thursday, December 18, 2025.
